Power Ecalene™ Fuels, Inc.
Power Ecalene Fuels, Inc., a Colorado corporation formed in November of 2007, is currently based in Arvada, Colorado. The Company has acquired the option to exclusively license certain patented nano-catalyst technology that efficiently converts “syngas” or “producer gas” into an Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) registered fuel additive (“denatured ethanol plus”) called Ecalene™. Preliminary analysis of the technology and know-how estimates that this conversion into Ecalene™ can be accomplished for approximately $1.00/gallon. The technology is a patented molysulfide catalyst that is capable of reacting with synthesis gas. The synthesis gas can be derived from gasifying any carbon material. Popular feedstocks for synthethis gas at this time include coal, natural gas, wood waste, municipal solid waste, tires, and plastics. The conversion process to Ecalene™ is similar to the well known Fischer-Trop process, but is much more efficient and specific to higher alcohols (mainly ethanol).

Power Ecalene™ Fuels Gasification Project

West Hawk has signed an agreement with Power Ecalene™ Fuels ("PEF") to acquire a 10% interest of a gasification project in North Carolina. This project materializes West Hawk's vision of supplying clean and efficient energy via gasification. This project fits West Hawk's core business of clean energy gasification and will be a turning point for the company in terms of being a physical player in the gasification business.

Site objectives: showcase and demonstrate technology is commercially viable; demonstration facility will also serve as a site for future new technology development.

There are three primary components to this project

Feedstock -- > Gasification Technology -- > Conversion Technology Process

The objective is to use coal, biomass and waste as the feedstock to be gasified to produce a syngas. The syngas will be liquefied and converted to high quality premium fuels, such as jet fuel and ethanol fuel, using PEF's patented process.

Cost of the facility: initial costs are estimated to be under $50 million
Operations: plans to be operating by early 2009
Technology: ChemTech Gasification unit and PEF patented process; system will be commissioned by Southern Research Institute's C2L Development Center.

Sales and Marketing Agreement
West Hawk has signed an agreement with PEF to market and license the technology on a commercial scale, and earn a marketing and licensing fee as future facilities are constructed. This agreement also provides West Hawk the right to develop, construct, and operate this technology at West Hawk's coal sites and in its own plants within the respective assigned territories in North America and Asia.
