Steven Marusich, Technical Advisor

Steven Marusich brings over 50 years of mining experience including specialization in underground mining. Most recently, Mr. Marusich has been working on an in-situ coal gasification project.

Mr. Marusich has been a mining engineer, manager and president of coal companies, during his 50 year career. Starting as a miner in Ostrava, Czechoslovakia, Mr. Marusich became foreman and then engineer. He earned his Mining Engineering degree in 1968 from Mining University in Ostrava. Since immigrating to the USA in 1970, he has worked for American Electric Power, Coastal States Gas Corp., and Tesoro Petroleum in senior engineering and management positions. Presently, Mr. Marusich is Senior VP of Mining Projects, for Ryan Holding Corp.

Kenneth Server, Technical Advisor

Mr. Server is a mining engineer with over 40 years of USA and international mining engineering experience. He specializes in resource definition and mine planning and is recognized for upper echelon, proven performance in: Management; Supervision; Personnel Development; Reserve Estimating; Long Range & Incremental Mine Design & Production Forecasting; Plan Implementation; Quality Control; Mine Evaluations; Operations Improvement; Plant Facility Design & Construction; Budgeting; AFE Preparation; Manpower; Property (Land & Facilities); Permitting & Reclamation; Government Rules & Regulations.

Robert C. (Nick) Turner, Technical Advisor

Mr. Turner is an Electrical and Maintenance Engineer with over 30 years of domestic and international mining experience. He specializes in electrical mine and plant design, operations, and maintenance management. He is recognized for designing, building, and improving mining facilities that are among the lowest cost and most efficient worldwide. His employment profile includes assignments at Standard Oil Mining Division, Cyprus Amax Minerals Company, Newmont Mining Company, and Ausproof Pty. Ltd. His superior performance extends in: Management; Engineering, Process Improvement in Mining, Mine Valuation; Plant Facility Design & Construction; Budgeting; AFE Preparation; Manpower; and Government Rules & Regulations including MSHA.
