(TSXV: WHD; Frankfurt: H5N) (the "Company") announces that it has filed with the applicable Canadian securities administrators the annual disclosure and reports relating to the Company's oil and gas activities for the year ended April 30, 2007, as required by National Instrument 51-101, Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities.
